Weight | 75 kg |
Height | 1.76 m |
Position | Midfielder |
He began his career at lower league club Blekitni Stargard Szczecinski and played for several other clubs before joining Polonia Warsaw in 1997. He made his international debut in February 1998 against Paraguay but had to wait for three years before his second cap in June 2001. He was a target for Steve Bruce when he was in charge at Crystal Palace, but the move fell through when he moved to Birmingham City, but he finally persuaded Arkadus to go on loan for three months to his new club. He could not hold down a regular place and he moved back home to play for Widzow Lodz for the remainder of this season. A versatile performer in midfield he can also play as a striker if needed. He is good in the air and is very dangerous from set pieces. It will be a surprise if he starts for the team but will do a good job if he is employed from the bench.
