White is one of several talented youngsters on Mansfield Town's books and made his Football League debut when he came on from the subs' bench in the 2-1 win over Cardiff City in April 2001.

A big strong targetman, he made a few more appearances as a substitute towards the end of the 2000-01 season.

White joined Crewe Alexandra in July 2004 on a one-year contract then Notts County also in a one-year deal.
