Stolcers began 2000-01 on loan at Spartak Moscow and appeared for them in the early rounds of the Champions' League before joining Fulham at the beginning of December 2000.
He scored on his debut at West Bromwich Albion, but was in and out of the side for the remainder of the campaign. Often used as a second-half substitute for Bjarne Goldbaek, he can play on either wing or up front.
Stolcers, who has been a regular for Latvia at international level, previously played in his home country for Daugava Riga and Olimpija Riga.
Stolcers re-joined his former Latvia coach Gary Johnson at Yeovil Town in September 2004.
