Has made some 380 appearances both in this country and abroad. Anders joined Notts County last September and after a slow start he established himself as a regular in the first team. A cultured and thoughtful central defender he became the linchpin of the Magpies back line and was a major influence in their rise up the Second Division table in the second half of the season. He was released by the Magpies at the end of the season.
