Alfie Potter, who played for Wimbledon and Millwall during his youth career, signed his first professional contract with Peterborough United in June 2007. It ran to June 2008.
He was made available for transfer in May 2009.
After a loan spell, Potter joined Oxford United in May 2010 with a two-year contract that was extended to June 2013 in October 2011 and then to June 2016 before it was cancelled in January 2015.
He joined Northampton Town in July 2015 with a two-year contract.
