Adrian Bakalli

Unable to break through to the first team at Watford last term Adrian had an unsuccessful trial with Belgian club Lierse SK in October before his contract at Vicarage Road was cancelled by mutual consent the following month. He subsequently had trials with several more clubs including Reading and Luton before signing a short-term contract for Swindon Town on the transfer deadline day. However he received few opportunities at the County Ground and made his only appearance in the final game of the season at Stoke when he played in a support role just behind the front two before being substituted at half-time. A tall and powerful attacking midfield player he was released by the Robins in the summer.
