Adam Armstrong was selected on Newcastle United's subs bench for the first time on 28 January 2014 in a Premier League game at Norwich City.
His Toon contract was extended to June 2020 in August 2016.
After a loan spell, he joined Blackburn Rovers in August 2018 with a four-year contract.
Adam joined Southampton in August 2021 with a four-year contract that was extended to June 2027 in July 2024.
