Former England U-18 international who signed for Luton Town from trainee. However in the five years he spent at the club he struggled to hold down a regular spot and his career really blossomed when he moved to Colchester United. Has made about 150 appearances for them. Aaron had his most productive campaign to date for Colchester United in the 2000-01 season. He stayed clear of the injuries that had previously plagued his career and was a near ever-present in the first team. A versatile player who can appear at centre back or in midfield he is very composed on the ball and has a tremendous long-range shot. He was the club's regular penalty taker last term and weighed in with a total of six goals.
