Brown came on in leaps and bounds at Bristol City in 2000-01 and was particularly impressive in the FA Cup Fourth Round replay win at Kingstonian.
He opened his goalscoring account with a brace in the 3-1 victory over Luton Town towards the end of the campaign.
Brown, who is the older brother of Marvin Brown who also played for Bristol City, joined Queens Park Rangers on non-contract terms before agreeing a deal to June 2006 in March 2005.
After a loan spell, Brown joined Swindon Town in January 2006 with a contract to June 2007.
He was made available for transfer by Gillingham in June 2008 and joined Lincoln City with a one-year contract.
Brown was made available for transfer by Lincoln City in December 2009 before his contract was cancelled shortly afterwards.
