Comments:

Issa Diop and Josh Cullen were originally named in the starting line-up before receiving notification of positive COVID-19 tests shortly before kick-off. Harrison Ashby and Jack Wilshere were promoted to the starting XI. David Martin was added to the bench. Manager David Moyes had also tested positive for COVID-19 so assistant manager Alan Irvine was in charge of the team during this game. Sébastien Haller scored West Ham United's fourth goal in the first minute of added time at the end of the game before Andriy Yarmolenko added their fifth goal a minute later.
