League position: 8th This was West Bromwich Albion's first win against a team in the top seven so far in this Premier League season. The Baggies had now won eight of their last ten home games in the Premier League. Hal Robson-Kanu became the first Albion substitute to score in the Premier League since Craig Gardner at Chelsea on 13 January 2016. West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis said: "We've got 43 points. We know where we are as a football club. We're not getting carried away. We'll do the best we possibly can. If we win games, brilliant. If we don't we've still got a group of honest players who give everything."

Comments:

League position: 5th Arsenal had now lost four out of their last five Premier League games for the first time since April 1995 when Stewart Houston was their manager. The Gunners had now lost three consecutive away games in the Premier League for the first time since October 2011. They had now conceded 21 goals in their last six games in all competitions. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said: "It leaves us in a unique situation that we've never had before. We face big problems to regroup and find resources to sort out the problem. We need some togetherness. We face some serious challenges."
