Comments:

League position: 2nd Manchester City had now won five successive Premier League games, scoring 16 and conceding just four. Yaya Toure scored his 50th Premier League goal. He's the fourth City player to reach this milestone after Sergio Aguero (77), Carlos Tevez (58) and Edin Dzeko (50). Wilfried Bony scored for Swansea City in the corresponding reverse fixture in November before his transfer in January. The Citizens equalled the club’s Premier League record of 34 away points in a season. Manager Manuel Pellegrini had now won his 50th Premier League match out of his 75 in charge. The Premier League’s Goal Accreditation Panel ruled on the following: - Manchester City’s first goal against Swansea City on Sunday 17th May 2015 has been confirmed as a Yaya Toure goal.
