Comments:

League position: 8th Victory took Swansea City to one point short of their season record total of 47 points, still with seven matches to go. The Swans completed a league double over Hull City for the first time since 1998-99 in League Division 3. Only seven players had so far scored in the Premier League for Swansea in this season.

Comments:

League position: 15th Hull City had now won only one of their last 15 away Premier League matches (six draws, eight lost). They remained with only one league win at Swansea since March 1985 (30 years). The Tigers had now earned only three points in nine Premier League games in this season when they were without their injured leading scorer Nikica Jelavic.
