PAOK Salonika v Schalke 04, 27 August 2013

Schalke 04 won 4-3 on aggregate. This match was order to be played behind closed doors by the UEFA Disciplinary Committee. It followed crowd trouble before and during PAOK Salonika's UEFA Europa League home tie against Rapid Wien on 23 August 2012. UEFA's Control and Disciplinary Body & Appeals Body duly confirmed that PAOK would be disqualified from one UEFA competition in progress and/or excluded from the next competition for which it would normally qualify within the next five years. This ban was suspended for three years but their next three UEFA competition home matches would have to be played behind closed doors. PAOK were also fined €150,000. Following their aggregate win over PAOK Salonika at UEFA Champions League 3rd qualifying 2nd leg Metalist Kharkiv were found guilty of match fixing in the Ukranian League contrary to UEFA regulations. The UEFA Control and Disciplinary Board ruled that Metalist Kharkiv be removed from the competition and PAOK Salonika reinstated to the Champions League. Kick-off: 9.45pm local (7.45pm BST)
