Timm Klose scored in the second minute of added time in the first half. Martin Olsson scored in the third minute of added time in the second half.

It became their longest run of consecutive away league defeats since a nine-game run between May and October in 1977 in League Division One. They were now four points worse off than at this stage (31 games) of the 2008-09 season when they were relegated from the Premier League.
