Comments:

League position: 7th Manchester United avoided equalling their club record of conceding in nine consecutive games in the Premier League. The Red Devils had now been involved in ten goalless draws in the Premier League since José Mourinho became their manager in July 2016. Only Southampton had more in the same period (15). Juan Mata made his 200th appearance for United in all competitions while David De Gea made his 250th appearance in the Premier League.

Comments:

League position: 15th Crystal Palace were now without a win in their last eight games in all competitions (lost six). Wilfried Zaha had now failed to score in any of his six appearances in the Premier League against Manchester United, his former club.
