Comments:

League position: 2nd James Milner scored Liverpool’s 900th Premier League goal at Anfield. Only Manchester United (1,016), Arsenal (936) and Chelsea (919) had scored more goals at home in the competition's history. He also retained his career record of not being on a losing side when he has scored in a Premier League game (won 37 and drawn eight). At 17 years and 42 days, Ben Woodburn became the second-youngest player to appear for the Reds in a league game. Jack Robinson was aged 16 years and 250 days when he made his Premier League debut at Hull City on 9 May 2010. Manager Jurgen Klopp named an unchanged starting line-up in the Premier League for the first time since October 2015. James Milner scored from the penalty spot in the first minute of added time in the second half. Ben Woodburn replaced Georginio Wijnaldum in the second minute of added time in the second half.
