On his 100th appearance for United, Tyler Roberts scored his first goal at Elland Road since the visit of Charlton Athletic in the League Championship on 22 July 2020. Aged 21 years and 278 days, Illan Meslier became the youngest goalkeeper to make 50 appearances in the top division for the Whites since John Lukic in November 1980 in League Division One (19 years and 337 days).
