Kick-off: 5.00pm local The Government of Kyrgyzstan had advised that this game should not take place in Bishkek as scheduled on 5 September 2017 due to increased security concerns following Myanmar military clearance operations against Rohingya in August and September 2017. The AFC decided to postpone the match and, on 24 November 2017, announced that it would be played on 22 March 2018 at a neutral venue. On 12 February 2018, the Football Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic announced that the game would be played in Incheon, Korea Republic.
