Comments:

League position: 15th Huddersfield Town had now failed to score in 16 games so far in this Premier League season (played 30); more than any other team. This was the Terriers' first clean sheet in their last nine games in the Premier League. Town failed in their attempt to win consecutive home games in the Premier League for the first time since November 2017.

Comments:

League position: 14th Jordan Ayew's red card after 11 minutes was the earliest a player had been sent-off in the Premier League since Burnley's Jeff Hendrick against Watford on 4 February 2017 (six minutes). It was also Swansea City's first red card in the Premier League since Kyle Naughton was dismissed at home against Sunderland on 13 January 2016, although this was later withdrawn following a claim for wrongful dismissal. The Swans had now won only three of their 20 away games in the Premier League against newly promoted opponents (lost 12).
