Comments:

League position: 18th Burnley had now lost consecutive home games in the Premier League for the first time since August 2021. This was the Clarets' heaviest defeat since Leeds United's 4-0 win at Turf Moor in the Premier League on 15 May 2021. They had now failed to score in eight of their last 14 games in the Premier League (one in each of five of the other six).

Comments:

League position: 3rd Chelsea became the eighth team to play 3,500 games in the top division (won 1,440, lost 1,160). This was the first time that a team had won an away game in the Premier League by a margin of four or more goals after a goalless first-half since Tottenham Hotspur's 4-0 victory at Aston Villa on Boxing Day in 2012. Chelsea and Liverpool remained as the only two teams that had yet to be trailing at half-time so far in this Premier League season.
