From the Chicago Tribune: It is billed as a preview of the Olympics, a prelude to the World Cup and soccer as it ought to be played. Monday`s 4 p.m. match between the Brazilian Olympic team and America of Mexico at Comiskey Park, part of the Camel International Soccer Cup, offers all of this and more. Besides being top-level soccer, the contest will test Chicago`s support of the sport. A surprising crowd of 22,741 turned out July 17 at Comiskey Park to see the Polish national team play Pumas Universidad of Mexico City. Now, local fans will see a Brazil team favored to capture the gold medal at the Summer Games in Seoul playing this year`s Mexican champions.
