Ben Brereton Diaz played for Stoke City during his youth career.
He was selected on Nottingham Forest's subs bench for the first time on 14 January 2017 in a League Championship game at Birmingham City.
His Forest contract was extended to June 2021 in June 2017.
After representing England at youth levels, Ben was selected for the Chile national team in May 2021 due his mother being born in the country.
