League position: 1st Chelsea are now the first club to score two or more goals in each of their first ten league home matches in the Premier League since Blackburn Rovers in 1994-95 who managed the first 12 matches. Victory for Chelsea meant that they have only lost once at home in the Premier League to Newcastle United in 21 matches. That was the match played on 2 May 2012. The Premier League’s Goal Accreditation Panel ruled on the following: - Chelsea’s first goal against Newcastle United on Saturday 10th January 2015 has been confirmed as an Oscar goal. League position: 10th Adam Armstrong was originally named amongst the substitutes before suffering an ankle injury in the pre-match warm-up. Lubo Satka took his place on the bench. Michael Williamson was booked in the first minute of added time in the first half. Paul Dummett’s yellow card was the fiftieth that Newcastle United had received so far this season.
