Full name is: Pedro Munitis Álvarez

A powerful striker with exceptional pace, Pedro played his early football with Racing Santander and CD Badajoz before joining Real Madrid in time for the start of the 2000-01 season.

He won his first cap for Spain against Austria in March 1999 and featured regularly in the early matches of the campaign to qualify for the 2002 World Cup finals.
