Having signed from Kent League club Slade Green towards the end of the 1999-2000 campaign, Tommy made his senior debut for Millwall in the Worthington Cup First Round first leg tie against Brighton & Hove Albion, and featured in a number of games in the early part of 2000-01.
He continued his development with some excellent performances in the reserves and in February he went on an extended loan to Dr Martens League club Fisher Athletic to gain more first team experience.
He is an old-fashioned centre forward who is strong on the ball and packs a powerful shot.
