This USA international goalkeeper had a sensational first season (2003-04) but later his form dipped alarmingly, losing his place to Roy Carroll.
Nevertheless, Tim's contract at Manchester United was extended to June 2009 in May 2005.
After a loan spell, he joined Everton in February in 2007 (with a contract to June 2012) where his form has returned.
