Stephane Zubar is the brother of Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Ronald Zubar.

His contract at Plymouth Argyle was extended to June 2013 in July 2011 before it was cancelled in August 2011.

Stephane joined AFC Bournemouth in September 2011 with a contract to June 2012 that was extended to June 2015 in February 2013.

While on loan at Bury, he suffered an anterior cruciate knee injury in March 2013 which sidelined him for the rest of the year.
