Ollie Banks is the son of former Rotherham United midfielder, Ian Banks.
He joined Chesterfield in September 2013 with a contract to June 2015 that was extended to June 2016 in May 2014 and to June 2017 in August 2015.
Ollie joined Oldham Athletic in July 2016 with a two-year contract.
