A close-season free-transfer signing for Bristol City Mark looked impressive in the opening games of the 2000-01 campaign but then had the misfortune to suffer a serious knee injury in the Worthington Cup first round first leg against Brentford. Mark is a commanding central defender who is powerful in the air and a forceful tackler. Mark was transfer listed at the end of the 2001-02 season.
