Jack, who previously also played in Trinidad for Doc's Khelwalaas and W Connection, joined Reading in March 2004 with a contract to the end of the 2003-04 season.
Jack was made available for transfer by Gillingham in January 2008.
After recovering from a long-term injury, he joined Southend United in February 2010 on non-contract terms.
