Unable to break into the first team at West Bromwich Albion, Justin moved on to Second Division Bristol Rovers in January 2001.
However, he found it difficult to establish himself in a team struggling against relegation and made only occasional appearances for the Pirates in the closing weeks of the season.
A lightning-quick striker, he impressed the Rovers faithful with his hard work and an eagerness to learn.
Justin joined Stevenage Borough in March 2003 with a contract up to June 2004.
Justin returned to the Football League with Peterborough United in July 2006 with a two-year contract.
He joined Cheltenham Town in July 2009 in a one-year deal.
Justin joined Port Vale in July 2010 with a one-year contract.
He joined Burton Albion in July 2011 with a two-year contract that was cancelled in January 2013.
After a loan spell, Justin joined Oxford United in January 2013 with a contract to June 2013.
In addition to the yellow cards totals shown below, whilst an unused sub, Justin was booked for unsporting behaviour after 75 minutes of Burton Albion's League Two game with York City on 19 September 2012.
