After scoring in both finals when Arsenal won the FA Youth Cup in 2000 and 2001, Jerome could muster only three appearances in the Gunners' first XI.
Jerome was associated with Luton Town before joining Arsenal.
A fast left winger he scored in the FA Youth Cup Finals in 2000 and 2001.
He went on loan to Queens Park Rangers at the end of the 2001-02 season and returned to Loftus Road on another loan spell in the new season.
Jerome joined Charlton Athletic in February 2004 with a contract to June 2006.
It was extended to June 2007 in December 2004 then to June 2009 in August 2006.
After a loan spell, Jerome joined Portsmouth in August 2008 with a one-year contract.
His contract at West Bromwich Albion was extended to June 2012 in July 2010.
