Jay O'Shea joined Birmingham City in August 2009 with a two-year contract.
He joined Milton Keynes Dons in July 2011 with a one-year contract that was extended to June 2014 in July 2012.
After a loan spell, Jay joined Chesterfield in January 2013 with a contract to June 2014 that was extended to June 2015 in May 2014 and to June 2017 in August 2015.
He joined Bury in July 2017 with a two-year contract.
