One of the many fine prospects at Old Trafford, Danny scored regularly for the youth teams and was called up to the first team for the Worthington Cup Fourth Round tie against Sunderland, coming on as a substitute for Ronnie Wallwork during extra time.
He is a lively little striker who is a constant threat inside the penalty box.
Danny signed a three-year contract with Watford in July 2003 before joining Sheffield United in June 2005 in a three-year deal.
He joined Portsmouth in September 2009 with a two-year contract.
Danny joined Leeds United in February 2012 with a contract to June 2012.
