A no-nonsense centre half who commands the penalty area and is not afraid to put himself where it hurts, he has tremendous heading ability and excellent distribution.

He came off the list in September 2002, and signed a new three-year contract.

He joined Nottingham Forest in August 2005 with a three-year contract.

Cullip joined Queens Park Rangers in January 2007 with a contract to June 2008 which was cancelled in November 2007.
