After bursting on the scene with Bristol City in the 1999-2000 campaign, Damian struggled to make an impact in 2000-01 and only featured in the first team on a handful of occasions before being loaned out to Exeter City in March to gain more experience of senior football.
He featured mostly from the subs' bench for the Grecians but failed to score in six outings and returned to Ashton Gate.
Damian is a strong and hard-working young striker with good pace and an eye for goal.
He was released by Bristol City at the end of the 2001-02 season and joined Second Division new boys Cheltenham Town on a one-year contract.
He signed a new two-year contract with the Robins in April 2003 that was extended to June 2006 in May 2005 then to June 2007 in May 2006 and to June 2009 in July 2007.
After a loan spell, Damien joined Aldershot Town in July 2010 with a one-year contract.
