Chris Dawson signed his first pro contract with Leeds United in October 2012.
It ran to June 2015 and was extended to June 2016 in May 2013.
He was selected on the Whites' subs bench for the first time on 10 November 2012 in a League Championship game against Watford.
Chris has represented Wales at Under-21 level.
