A Wolves favourite, he went on to play for Kidderminster Olympic and then Arsenal when he got a job at Dial Square. It is reported he would particularly enjoy nutmegging opponents and then doing the splits. Member of the team which beat Medicos (of Bart's Hospital) to win the London Senior Cup on 7 March 1891.
