Aaron became Cardiff City's youngest-ever player when he came on as a late substitute against Hull City on 28 April 2007 at the age of 16 years and 123 days.
The previous record holder was John Toshack when he was 16 years and 236 days when he made his Bluebirds debut against Leyton Orient on 13 November 1965.
He became youngest-ever player to represent Wales at Under-21 level whilst still aged 16 in August 2007, playing in 4-3 victory against Sweden.
Shortly before his move to Arsenal, Aaron became the second youngest-ever player to appear in a FA Cup Final when he came on as a substitute for Cardiff against Portsmouth at Wembley.
