This was the last London derby to be played at Upton Park. Kick-off: 12.45pm Arsenal went two up with excellent goals from Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez and looked to be cruising before Andy Carroll scored a seven minute hat-trick. Arsenal fought back for a point with a goal from Laurent Koscielny. Both Carroll and Gabriel could have been sent off for petulant fouls. A hugely entertaining game which reduced Arsenal's title chances yet further, underlined their problems in the air in the box and gave Andy Carroll hope he may yet make the England squad for Euro 2016.
