Saido Berahino replaced Darren Fletcher in the first minute of added time in the second half. Salomon Rondon was sent off in the fifth minute of added time in the second half.

Manager Eddie Howe had named an unchanged starting XI for the third consecutive Premier League game. However, Josh King was originally named in the starting line-up before suffering a hamstring injury in the pre-match warm-up.
