Comments:

League position: 10th Since returning to the Premier League in 2015, Watford had now had more players sent-off than any other team in the division (15). The Hornets failed in their attempt to win four consecutive home games in the top division for the first time since December 1986. They failed to score for the second time in their last 11 games in all competitions.

Comments:

League position: 4th Arsenal remained unbeaten their last 20 games in the Premier League when they had led at half-time (won 19) since a 2-1 defeat at Watford on 14 October 2017. The Gunners kept a clean sheet in an away game in the Premier League for the first time in this season, so ending a run of conceding in 15 consecutive away games in the competition. It was their longest such run in the top division since February 1985 (16 games). They had now won six of their last eight games in the Premier League (lost one).
