The Potters failed in their attempts to win four Premier League games in a row for the first time since December 2011.

Comments:

League position: 13th This was the first time that Watford had won a Premier League game during the month of October (four draws and six defeats). Despite this win, along with West Bromwich Albion, Watford remained as the lowest scorers in the four divisions in 2015-16 with only eight goals.
