League position: 20th Norwich City equalled their club record of 12 home defeats in a league season; also in Third Division (South) in 1946-47. The Canaries became the third team to lose five consecutive home games in the top division without scoring; also Sheffield Wednesday in April 1920 and Birmingham in February 1922 (both League Division One). Emi Buendia was sent-off for violent conduct following a VAR review. With Josip Drmić also dismissed in the third minute of added time, City became the first team to have more than one player sent-off in the first-half of a game in the Premier League since Stoke City's Ibrahim Afellay and Charlie Adam were shown red cards against West Bromwich Albion on 29 August 2015.
