League position: 12th Due to the passing of Queen Elizabeth and an international break, this was Leeds United’s first game since 3 September 2022 (29 days). It was the first of six games they were now due to play in October 2022. The Whites had now kept a clean sheet in four of their last 31 games in the Premier League. Summer signing Luis Sinisterra was sent-off for the first time in his senior career. He failed in his attempt to become the second player to score in first four starts for United after Charlie Keetley in 1932.
