Match Report Daniel fortuitously put Trinidad and Tobago ahead after eleven minutes. A forward ball was deflected into his path before his shot took a deflection and found the corner of the net. Ten minutes on and El Salvador were level. Trinidad and Tobago conceded a free kick in a dangerous area which Rodolfo Zelaya curled in from 25 yards. El Salvador then took the lead in the 68th minute. It was Rodolfo Zelaya again. This time he ghosted into the box to score a well taken header. The assist came from Darwin Ceren. El Salvador were unable to hold onto their lead for long. Kenwyne Jones equalised as he raced onto a long ball down field and slotted into the corner. It was his first international goal in two years. El Salvador so nearly managed a winner when Osael Romero hit the postwith eight minutes to go. A 2 - 2 draw means goal difference could well come into play in Group B. These two sides will be looking for convincing wins against Haiti. Preview El Salvador and Trinidad and Tobago will face off in a crucial opener for these two sides. Trinidad and Tobago will look to Kenwyne Jones to be their main goal threat. The powerful striker has so far scored seven times for his country. The Caribbean islands will also be boosted by the addition of Gavin Hoyte, who started to represent Trinidad and Tobago earlier this year. Rodolfo Zelaya will be the main goal threat for El Salvador. The experience of Osael Romero will also be crucial for the Salvadoreños.
