Comments:

League position: 14th Burnley had now scored five goals in their opening seven Premier League games in this season; the joint-lowest so far along with Stoke City. The Clarets had now conceded only six goals in their last 18 home league games (including 13 in the League Championship), and not more than one goal in any of those games. They had now conceded a goal in added time at the end of two of their last three Premier League home games (also a 1-1 draw versus Hull City).

Comments:

League position: 3rd This game marked the 20th anniversary of Arsene Wenger's official appointment as manager of Arsenal. His first game took place 11 miles away from Burnley at Blackburn Rovers in the Premier League on 12 October 1996 (won 2-0). Arsenal won an away game in the Premier League with a goal in added time at the end of a game for the first time since Robin Van Persie scored in a 2-1 victory at Liverpool on 3 March 2012. The Gunners had now won five consecutive games in all competitions for the first time since February 2015.
