League new boys Kidderminster continued their dream start by recording their first FL away win. Brighton completed a miserable Bank Holiday weekend though as they had gone down by the same scoreline at Lincoln on Saturday. Stuart Brock took over between the Kiddy sticks for the injured Tim Clarke. The one-time Ason Villa goalie enjoyed his first taste of League action. He made fine saves from Paul Brooker and Gary Hart but was fortunate to see Bobby Zamora's shot come back off the bar. Jan Molby's men grabbed the points with two classic breakaway goals. First, Brock's quick throw out found Tony Bird on the right and his cross was converted by Ian Foster. A triple substitution appeared to backfire on Brighton as Dean Bennett was allowed acres of space on the left before calmly beating Mark Cartwright.
