Comments:

League position: 13th AFC Bournemouth had now won consecutive Premier League games at home for the first time. Max Gradel scored his first goal in the Premier League and his first in English league football since 6 August 2011 (for Leeds United at Southampton in the League Championship).

Comments:

League position: 16th Modou Barrow became the first Gambian to score a goal in the Premier League. This now meant that 95 different nationalities had now scored in the competition's history. The Swans had now kept only one clean sheet in their 15 away games in the Premier League in this season. Due to manager Francesco Guidolin recovering from a chest infection, assistant Alan Curtis took over for this game.
